NO, the post title isn't about my frequent trips to the sexual health clinic.
I've been after a good weightlifting book for a while and the best I could find was
this baby. Bit pricey though.
So, today, whilst in Sunny Wigan I popped into the library and lo an behold, there it was!
I've only had it a few hours but its great!
Todays WOD: Back squat 5x5, Press 5x5, pull ups to failure x3 and 50 sit ups x3
I had the gym to myself too more or less. Usually when I arrive I see some guy doing bicep curls! I laugh out when I see that particular exercise..don't know why but there you go.
